Danielle Ramsay

Danielle Ramsay, Board Member

Danielle is local to Kane County having grown up in Orderville. After graduating from Valley High School in 2020, she moved to Northern Utah to work and experience the city life. While living in Northern Utah she dated a Kanab local – Kris Ramsay. They started their family while there and decided it was time to move closer to home and to family. They found themselves in St. George. Danielle worked various management positions in the restaurant/hospitality industry while attending the Pharmacy Technician Program at Dixie Tech. Kris and Danielle always kept the idea of raising their family in Kanab in the back of their minds. When the opportunity presented itself, they jumped on it and haven’t looked back. Danielle made her way back into the hospitality and tourism industry after moving to Kanab. She has spent the last 3 and ½ years working for the Kane County Office of Tourism as Assistant Director and as the Kanab Center Coordinator. She recently took a position with Kanab City serving as their Recreation Director. She enjoys volunteering and serving the community, especially the youth.

Danielle and her husband, along with their three children enjoy everything Kanab has to offer. You will often find them on a local hiking trail, camping in the mountains, at the football field, baseball field or in the gymnasium watching sporting events. Her greatest accomplishment in life is her family. Nothing brings her more joy than cheering her children on at their various activities.
