Lisa Livingston, School Board Member

Lisa has been involved in education and community engagement for over 25 years.  As a young mother, she worked in Alberta Canada for the Juvenile Justice System as a child advocate as well as a pre-school teacher.  When she and her husband moved their family to Southern Utah, Lisa became involved in Mentoring, working as both a mentor for two years and then as the Director of the Youth and Families with Promise mentoring program in Kane County.  She has served as a VISTA Volunteer in Kane County heading initiatives locally in areas like Headstart, early reading programs, volunteerism and recreation.  Her current role as Advisor and Coordinator for Southern Utah University's Talent Search Program has kept her busy with students working towards post-secondary attainment.  Lisa holds both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree as well as a Fellowship in Homeopathy.
